Dublin Roasters is not your typical coffeehouse – simply put, we are fueled by love and positivity. From the beginning, we envisioned Dublin Roasters as more than just a place to get coffee. We have created a comfortable, inviting atmosphere and we strive to always be an integral part of this great community, in a number of amazing ways.
With more than 80 varieties of coffee, handcrafting Organic Artisan Coffee is our specialty. We also offer hot tea, Hot Caramel Spiced Apple Cider (made with local McCutcheon’s apple cider), Sophie & Madigan’s Hot Chocolate, plus breakfast, lunch, baked goods, and much more!
Dublin Roasters owner and founder, Serina Roy, has been roasting coffee for over 20 years and is truly dedicated to the art of coffee roasting. In her own words: “The taste and freshness of this coffee is second to none. I roast my coffee in small batches, and custom to each order. This process ensures quality and customer satisfaction. And, that really is the mission of this company.”
Each year, Serina sources raw coffee beans from small farms in countries such as Columbia, India, Ecuador, Vietnam, Brazil, Honduras, and Guatemala. Our roasting facility, located in the rear of the building, is always open for visitors to tour and learn more about the roasting process.
Out in front, you’ll see our cafe is adorned with brightly colored art from those special countries from where we import our beans. Local artists are also welcome to display their talents across our café, and you’re sure to see an eclectic and ever-changing array of goods available for sale. On any given day, we have local artists displaying their talents all over the store. We host a wide variety of book clubs, moms groups, stitch and bitch sessions, telecommuters using the Wi-Fi, job interviews, real estate deals, green home developers planning neighborhoods, old friends, and new friends! We simply haven’t had two days that are the same since we opened!
