Author
Dr. Melany Rabideau is from Frederick, Maryland where she earned her Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership from Hood College. Dr. Rabideau taught leadership as an Assistant Professor with a global health university in Rwanda. She views leadership as a skill that can be developed through a lifelong devotion to learning. Her time in Rwanda taught her a lot about leadership and inspired this picture book series making universal leadership lessons for children.
