Wow! Time flies when you are having fun!
I roasted the smallest bean in the world, Tanzania Peaberry, which delivers a complex cup of coffee all on its own with subtle notes of grass, spice and citrus.
Then I roast separately the Enchanted Indian bean, these berries are pulped, fermented, washed and dried for dayssss. This creates notes of sweet caramel and raisin.
A perfect combination, smooth, medium finish.....low acid...... Raise your mug and toast with me to another 20 years! Thank you to all. Serina Roy
